My workshops are for all types of employees, from experienced to first timers, and can be both physical and virtual (e.g. through telco). Depending on the subject and participants, we can agree on full day or weekly workshops.
HOW IT WORKS
We always start with a scoping meeting where you tell me about your business, company and products. Together we agree on what I can help you with, and how to do it. We also agree on details such as goals, schedule and price.

I will help the participants understand what customer centricity is, as well as how to use tools and methods to collect insights and manage that experience.
PROCESS DESIGN
You might know your customers and products perfectly, but if your team can't work in an organised and clear way, you won't be able to react to the demand.
Together with the participants, we will design realistic processes that will serve your business goals and are actionable. The co-creation methods I use will assure that everyone is on-board and commits to working according to the process.
TECHNOLOGY DESIGN
We live in a digital world full of technologies, tools and softwares for things like customer management (CRM), analytics, marketing automation and much more. Companies that don't have a clear understanding of what technologies to use in their business are in risk to either not be able to serve their customers, or the opposite, stack up on expensive tools that are left un-used.
I help companies and participants understand what marketing technologies are needed to serve their customers' needs, as well as the tools needed to grow sales. I can also matchmake you with the best technological vendors and consultants.
DATA DRIVEN PROBLEM SOLVING
Fancy strategies, cool processes and expensive technologies are completely useless if they don't solve a problem. Ironically, companies usually have all of these things but miss understanding what problems should they be solving.
All of my workshops are focused on helping participants define key business problems and setting measurable goals with data, to solve them. We set top level goals and then split them up into the KPIs that will reach them.
