HOW IT WORKS
We always start with a scoping meeting where you tell me about your business, company and products. Together we agree on what I can help you with, and how to do it. We also agree on details such as goals, schedule and price.
BOOKING MEETINGS
I can book and arrange client meetings for you with C-level executives, as well as managers, no matter the industry or offering. What I need to get started with is the information from the scoping meeting, a company email and a list of potential clients with their phone numbers (I can also help finding this information). I will report the discussions and provide you with valuable client information.
PARTICIPATING IN SALES MEETINGS
If you're missing sales representatives or do not have the time, I can join client meetings to introduce your company and services, as well as later stage meetings where closure is needed (depending on my calendar availability).
SALES MATERIAL AND OFFERS
I have closed over 1000 offers, as well as worked with top Nordic designers, and can help you create great sales material and offers, which will sell themselves. I'll design the material based on your brand guidelines and write the product offering according to what I think will work best (without forgetting the needed legal disclaimers). Everything will be validated with you and your team.
BUSINESS STRATEGY & PLAN
I've helped big global companies create their business strategies, as well as implement the plan to realise them. The strategies I create include your client needs, sales process, marketing actions and digital tool needs (e.g CRM).
The strategies are always co-created together with your team, where I help lead the process by facilitating and coaching. We can also turn the strategies into reality by matchmaking you with needed experts.
